ATS Edmonton is seeking a hard working Customer Service Professional who is dependable and is seeking a supportive work environment. In this role you will be the first point of contact for the rental customers of ATS Traffic. You will be responsible for all steps of our rental order process. You will also be responsible for backing-up and assisting the Sales CSP’s when required.

At ATS we have a customer service campaign called Service Starts Here. The Customer Service Professional position is vital as in this role you provide service directly to our customers. We want an individual who is passionate about Customer Service and takes the time to understand the customers’ needs.

This position will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following job duties:

Process all in-house rental orders via phone/email/walk-in

Data entry of quotes and processing of quotes

Generate delivery, add-on, partial return and complete return tickets

Generate estimates and create orders from estimates

Complete invoicing for all completed equipment drop offs

Answer all incoming calls

Greet and assist walk in customers

Process payment for all Cash On Demand (COD) orders

Develop and maintain relationship with customers

Educate clientele to ensure they get the correct traffic products for their needs

Make recommendations to clientele for other potential traffic product needs


High school education or college

1 year of Inside Sales experience is an asset

Previous customer service experience is preferred

Experience in the Traffic Control/Construction industry is an asset

Familiarity with Salespad and TCR is an asset

Knowledge of data-entry, sales/order entry programs is an asset

Hands on experience with data entry, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Outlook is a must

Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening
