ATS Saskatoon’ s On-Street Services department is expanding! As a result of the expansion we are looking for a Supervisor to be responsible for the day to day On-Street Services field operations.

Please note that this is permanent full time position not a seasonal position.

This position will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following job duties:

Liaise with the Traffic Control Manager to ensure seamless communications between office & field activities

Liaise with Sales, Estimating & Solutions team with regards to quoting, drafting and projects

Continuous monitoring of the traffic control schedule

Delegate assignments to field staff

Take calls & emails from customers & assist them with their traffic control needs

Ensure strong relationships with customers by dealing with any issues efficiently & promptly

Network with current & future customers to promote the financial growth of the lane closure division

Review & sign off on work orders before they are submitted for invoicing

Ensure that all paperwork is completely in a timely manner & as per corporate standards



Minimum of 5 years direct temporary traffic control experience supervisory experience is preferred, but training will be provided to the right candidate

A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role is preferred, but training will be provided to the right candidate

A.T.S.S.A. certified or equivalent is preferred

Able to develop, read, & understand Traffic Control Plans & strategies

Completion of the Lean course is an asset

Must have a valid (non-graduated) class 5 driving license, clean abstract & own vehicle

Strong familiarity of Saskatoon streets

Able to drive a one ton flat-deck trailer

Ability to pull & back up a trailer

Must be able to occasionally lift 75 pounds

Must be able to work OT when required

Must be able to pass a drug & alcohol screening as well as a Fit Test

Willing to travel to other branches when required
