The Edmonton Sales Team is looking for a customer focussed individual to act as an internal point of contact for our clientele including developing and supporting those relationships. This individual will act as a liaison and ensure that exceptional customer service is being provided consistently and professionally. We want an individual who is passionate about Customer Service and takes the time to understand the customers’ needs.

Please note that this is a temporary 6-month position with the possibility of extension.

This position will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following job duties:

Provide support to Account Managed accounts.

Provide support for inter branch ordering.

Provide prompt and accurate replies to customer inquiries, both internal and external.

Complete daily order invoicing and tender project billing.

Assist with E Commerce order processing.

Follow the standardized sales processes that have been established corporately. I.e. timely response.

Educate customers to ensure they are purchasing the correct product for their application or project.

Expand our customer’s knowledge by offering alternative products or solutions that may benefit them in the future.



Grade 12 High School diploma

2 years customer service and/or Inside Sales experience is an asset

Order desk experience is an asset

Experience in the Traffic Control/Construction Industry is an asset
