The Regina Sales Team is looking for a customer focussed individual to act as the first point of contact for both external and internal customers for ATS Traffic to help us get through the busy construction season!

 

Please note that this a temporary position expected to end on or before October 31, 2018.

 

At ATS we have a customer service campaign called Service Starts Here. The Customer Service Professional position is vital as in this role you provide service directly to our customers. We want an individual who is passionate about Customer Service and takes the time to understand the customers’ needs.

This position will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following job duties:

Handle inquiries for quotes and orders.

Receive customer orders over the phone, e-mail or walk in.

Taking payment on COD rentals.

Provide prompt and accurate replies to customer inquiries, both internal and external.

Order generation from estimates.

Follow all processes to ensure data is entered correctly on quotes and orders.

Generate delivery, add-on, partial return, and complete return tickets.

Problem solving of lost equipment, credits, and re-bills.

Educate customers to ensure they are purchasing the correct product for their application or project.

Expand our customer’s knowledge by offering alternative products or solutions that may benefit them in the future.

Invoicing.

 

Qualifications/Experience:

Grade 12 High School diploma

1-2 years customer service and/or Inside Sales experience is an asset

Order desk experience is an asset

Experience in the Traffic Control/Construction Industry is an asset
