CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Bobby joined the ATS Traffic team as the COO in 2019 and was named CEO in April of 2020. In his time at ATS Traffic, Bobby has spearheaded developments in safety, business intelligence, application deployment, and continuous improvements. He has over 20 years of experience in operational leadership, safety, and quality assurance. He holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and is a passionate advocate of using the Lean methodology to improve processes and provide superior quality and service.
VICE PRESIDENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Janet joined ATS Traffic in October 2017 as the Director of Human Resources. She brings over 20 years of human resources and leadership experience in a multitude of environments including manufacturing, sales and engineering. A country music enthusiast, Janet’s outside interests include her family and watching her boys play baseball, getting in a round of golf, and traveling to warm destinations in winter. In April 2019 Janet was appointed to the Executive Leadership team as the Vice President of Human Resources.
VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE
Amrik joined ATS Traffic in January 2017 as the Director of Finance. In addition to his experience in finance and leadership, Amrik holds a CPA, CA and a Masters of Professional Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan. He soon joined the Executive team in 2019 as the VP of Finance. Originally from Victoria, BC, Amrik enjoys mountain biking, cooking, cross fit, and spending time with his wife and two children.
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES AND MARKETING
Colin started at ATS Traffic in July of 2017 as the Director of Sales for Alberta. With a robust career and extensive experience in Executive Leadership, Sales and Marketing, Colin joined the Executive team in 2018 as the EVP of Sales and Marketing. Colin is a U of A Golden Bears Hockey Alumni and enjoys spending time on his rural property with his family, which includes his wife and two children.
VICE PRESIDENT OPERATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Kevin started at the Edmonton rental division in 1990. After several transfers and promotions to management positions, he became vice president of On-Street Services in 2015 and then vice president of Operations in 2017. Kevin has really enjoyed his time working for ATS. When he isn’t working, Kevin enjoys downhill skiing, woodworking, travelling, fishing, and volunteering.
VICE PRESIDENT OF PRAIRIES
Rick arrived at ATS Traffic in 2020, bringing with him 20 years of management experience. He possesses strong family values, integrity, and firmly believes that a positive culture is vitally important to the structure of a company. His leadership style embodies the values of both task ownership and accountability. Sports is his passion outside of work, whether participating or watching on television. When he isn’t in the office, you can find Rick golfing in the summer.
VICE PRESIDENT – BRITISH COLUMBIA & ONTARIO
Kyle possesses over 16 years of industry experience with an in-depth knowledge of traffic control systems used throughout Canada. Working with the operations and sales team he follows major infrastructure and energy projects in BC and Ontario. He works closely with internal teams to ensure a high quality of services to our trusted partners and joint ventures. Kyle also has extensive knowledge in work zone safety equipment and infrastructure solutions, including impact attenuators, high tension cable barrier, w-beam guardrail, temporary barrier, and ATS Traffic’s Smart Work Zone offerings.
VICE PRESIDENT CORPORATE OPERATIONS
Marc came to ATS Traffic in 2023. He studied at MacEwan University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Marc has over 20 years of experience in senior operational management roles and has overseen the implementation of new products and services. His experience with major equipment purchases, implementation of labour efficiencies, and knowledge around process improvement is an incredible asset to each project he undertakes.
